- Kiểm tra hạch toán kế toán trên phần mềm kế toán./ Check the recording into accounting books on software.
- Cất giữ tiền mặt, cuốn SEC./ Keep cash on hand and cheque book.
- Kiểm tra, ký duyệt phiếu thu, phiếu chi, Sec, nhận tiền và chi tiền mặt./ Check, sign on receipts, payment slips, cheque, receive and pay cash.
- Kiểm tra lệnh thanh toán qua ngân hàng./ Check payment order when payment via bank.
- Lập và nộp tờ khai thuế thu nhập cá nhân hàng tháng trên hệ thống kê khai thuế qua mạng./ Every month, make and submit declaration of personal income tax on the online tax declaration system.
- Lập và nộp tờ khai thuế nhà thầu theo từng lần phát sinh trên hệ thống kê khai thuế qua mạng./ Make and submit declaration of foreign contractor withholding tax for each occasion on the online tax declaration system.
- Lập và nộp báo cáo tình hình sử dụng hóa đơn bán hàng trên hệ thống kê khai thuế qua mạng vào cuối mỗi quí./ Every quarter, make and submit a report on the use of sales invoices on the online tax declaration system.
- Lập và nộp tờ khai quyết toán thuế thu nhập cá nhân vào cuối năm trên hệ thống kê khai thuế qua mạng./ In the end of every year, make and submit finalization declaration of personal income tax on the online tax declaration system.
- Làm báo cáo nội bộ theo tháng, quí, năm./ Make internal report of every month, quarter, year.
- Lập và nộp báo cáo cho ngân hàng nhà nước./ Submit report to The State Bank of Viet Nam.
- Lập và nộp tờ khai quyết toán thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp vào cuối năm trên hệ thống kê khai thuế qua mạng./ In the end of every year, make and submit finalization declaration of company income tax on the online tax declaration system.
- Kiểm tra, đối chiếu số liệu giữa giấy báo nợ, giấy báo có và báo cáo ngân hàng vào cuối mỗi tháng./ Check, compare data between debit advice, credit advice and bank statements in the end of every month.
- Kiểm tra, đối chiếu số liệu giữa báo cáo ngân hàng và sổ tiền gửi ngân hàng theo từng tài khoản./ Check, compare date between bank statements and accounting book of each bank account;
- Kiểm kê quỹ tiền mặt vào cuối mỗi tháng./ Inventory cash on hand in the end of every month.
- Giải trình số liệu cho cơ quan thuế, hải quan, kiểm toán, công ty mẹ, và các cơ quan khác liên quan./ Explain accounting data for tax office, customs office, auditor, parent company and other related departments.
- Làm việc với ngân hàng./ Contact to the Bank.
- Kết hợp với Tổng Giám đốc lập dự toán dòng tiền theo năm./ Combined with General Director to make annual cash flow estimates;
- Kiểm tra báo cáo thống kê và các báo cáo khác liên quan./ Check statistical reports and other related reports.
- Kiểm tra bảng lương và bảo hiểm./ Check payroll sheet and insurance.
- Kết hợp với công ty mẹ kiểm tra và làm báo cáo chuyển giá./ Combined with parent company to check and make transfer pricing report.
- Tính chi phí công đoàn phải nộp mỗi tháng./ Calculate trade union expense which must pay each month.
- Đối chiếu công nợ với công ty mẹ./ Compare payable and receivable balance with head office.
- Thực hiện một số công việc khác theo sư phân công của Ban Giám Đốc./ Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
