Our office in District 3, HCMC is looking for a General Accountant providing accounting service with job descriptions as below:
**Responsibilities**:

- Bookkeeping, post day-to-day transactions into accounting software (MISA)
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Preparation of VAT returns, handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Also report on the customer’s financial health and liquidity.
- Liaising with customers and advising them on changes, providing information with regard to their accounts and also dealing with any complaints or queries.
- Dealing with corporation tax and personal tax returns and managing customer’s details and accounts.
- Cash flow and budget forecasts.
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Management of accounts, balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Experience requirements:
1. At least 2 -3 years working at accounting role
2. Competent in Microsoft Office, with analytical mind
3. Good at English
4. Teamwork, Proactive, Highly self-motivated, Initiative, Integrity and Innovative.
5. Preferable: experience in audit, tax, finance or accounting services company
6. Preferable: experience with IFRS
