**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Workforce Planning and Implementation:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, programs and practices to be aligned with business objectives and promote a positive high-performing workplace culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Monitor and optimize the employee's life cycle with innovative approaches and in collaboration with other HR functions: Total Rewards, Employee Engagement & Development, AMER & EMEA HRBP.
- Manage HR metrics, data analysis, and report on HR-related activities to various stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the HR industry and all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding:

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies including talent needs, skills gaps, and talent retention measurements.
- Partner with hiring managers and lead recruitment efforts.
- Maintain relationships with external partners to strengthen the talent pipeline.
- Lead employee branding strategies across various channels.
- Define and promote the organization's value proposition.
- Monitor and adjust branding efforts for maximum impact.

Performance Management:

- Lead and mange performance management framework and process
- Facilitate goal-setting processes, ensuring individual and team goals are aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Execute regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support managers in delivering effective performance discussions.
- Analyse performance data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to enhance overall organizational performance.
- Provide guidance and support in addressing performance issues and fostering a high-performance culture.

HR Business Partnering and Operation:

- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders.
- Identify HR solutions to drive performance and foster collaboration.
- Provide support to managers and employees on people-related matters.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and compliance.
- Address concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams.
- Oversee HR operational activities, including HRIS management and compliance.
- Improve HR processes and systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance.

Country-specific Focuses (Vietnam, India, and other APAC countries):

- Stay updated on country-specific labor laws, regulations, and employment practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Adapt HR strategies and practices to local contexts, taking into account cultural nuances and regional business dynamics.
- Collaborate with local HR teams and business leaders to ensure consistent implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

**Experience requirements**:

- Solid HR background with well-proven work experience in a fast-growing & global tech startup environment, demonstrating expertise in both strategic and operational aspects.
- High fluency in English and Vietnamese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Global, open, and bright mindset - demonstrated experience working with the young generation workforce and experienced senior stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple time zones with different stakeholders.
- Ability to think analytically and strategically and solve complex problems effectively.

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor or higher or equivalent degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
