Business Development Supervisor

**1. Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Relationship Management**:
- Develop and execute long-term strategic partnerships with assigned and prospective clients.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of assigned clients' needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure exceptional service and client loyalty.
- **Client Growth & Acquisition**:
- Identify and target high-potential clients within the Horeca segment, converting them into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to deliver solutions that optimize ingredients and streamline client operations.
- **Sales & Channel Strategy**:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and manage the Horeca channel portfolio strategy, including go-to-market channels.
- Plan sales initiatives, including promotions, new product launches, and workshops.
- **Proposal & Contract Management**:
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and finalize contract terms.
- **Customer Satisfaction & Growth**:
- Organize training sessions, product demonstrations, and customer innovation days to foster client engagement.
- Proactively manage and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Sales Performance & Reporting**:
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and develop data-driven sales activities and plans.
- Regularly monitor and track progress towards achieving sales targets.
- **Team Management**:
- Manage and motivate team to achieve sales goals.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
- **Other tasks assigned by Line Manager**
**2. Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma level in business, sales, marketing.
- At least 2 years of relevant level in Horeca Channel.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, able to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Target-oriented and highly driven to achieve sales target.
- Bilingual with proficiency in English speaking and writing is a plus.
- Having knowledge of beverages and pastry is a plus.
- Hardworking, good presentation skills and willing to learn.
- Good at negotiation, building relationships, and resulted-driven.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft office ).
