Join us to write your own success stories RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Business Development Team and drive revenue and growth for the company. Develop & maintain a healthy pipeline for both Vietnam & International markets. Develop expertise in our products and services to be the trusted advisor or consultant to customers. Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals with new and existing clients. Lead sales meetings with customers, either face-to-face or via video conference. Maintain and manage customer information within the CRM system. Develop proposals & agreements as per the promises made to our end customer. Assist the Business Director in developing new strategies for both inbound and outbound Sales to win new customers and upsell to existing customers. Collaborate with various teams (other companies within our group) to create products and strategies that benefit us all. Manage Business team members and be responsible for their growth and development. Budget, review, and recommend business tools and solutions that can assist us in achieving our goals. BENEFITS: Salary 13th Month Bonus or Commission Business Travel - Grab Account Phone Allowance REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, IT or a related field Extensive experience in B2B sales with a proven track record, with at least 5 years of experience Background in IT outsourcing & services, MarTech, Community products, or software development companies. Experienced in dealing with Vietnamese customers and exposed to all the nuances in the industry. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact with all organizational levels while also being able to work independently. Strong skills in negotiation, time management, presentation, and problem-solving Proficiency in English in all four areas (reading, listening, writing, and speaking). Capability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
