**I. I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Sourcing goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals;
- Support Manager to build Master file Standard Prices and update changing and benchmarking with market;
- Support Manager to reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility;
- Support other departments to find additional suppliers;
- Prepare supplier/contractor evaluation report against appropriate standards;
- Monthly report about changing of prices;
- Manage and update supplier data and monthly unit prices;
- Coordinate with the customer care department to evaluate the service quality of contractors and suppliers;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Procurement Manager or Head of Finance.

**II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, foreign language, logistics, or a related field may be required.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Have 1 - 3 years of experience in office administration, general administration, assistant.
- Experience working in Retail, customer service, communication is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Communication skills.
- A focus on quality and accuracy.
- Hard-working.
- Critical thinking.
- A high level of integrity and ethical standards.
