**Mô tả công việc**:

Lên ý tưởng và phát triển nội dung video cho kênh TikTok, và các kênh truyền thông khác như Facebook, IG, Youtube
Quay, chỉnh sửa và đăng tải video theo lịch trình đã định.
Nghiên cứu và theo dõi các xu hướng trên TikTok để đảm bảo nội dung luôn mới mẻ và hấp dẫn.
Phối hợp với các thành viên trong team để tạo ra nội dung sáng tạo, độc đáo.
Tối ưu hóa nội dung để tăng cường tương tác và khả năng tiếp cận.
Theo dõi và phân tích hiệu suất video, đưa ra các điều chỉnh cần thiết.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành liên quan (Marketing, Truyền thông, Điện ảnh, Thiết kế đa phương tiện).
Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1-2 năm trong lĩnh vực biên tập video.
Đam mê và am hiểu về nền tảng TikTok và các xu hướng truyền thông xã hội.
Kinh nghiệm trong việc sản xuất và chỉnh sửa video là một lợi thế.
Kỹ năng sáng tạo nội dung và khả năng kể chuyện hấp dẫn.
Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và trong nhóm.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực.
Ngôn ngữ: Ưu tiên Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung
