Our client is currently beginning to supercharge its growth and seeking an experienced Legal cum Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities to ensure operations to accommodate the growth and enable even more users to benefit from our services.

- Lead and execute on the legal perspectives of Company:

- Provide legal advice and draft contract templates.
- Establish and ensure compliance with contract approval, signing, and storage processes.
- Maintain legal compliance by staying updated on changes and implementing necessary modifications.
- Propose proper structure for Company as FOC
- Work with publishers/ partners to negotiate and sign contracts..
- Plan on roles and involvement of relevant departments, personnel for business implementation.
- Manage and develop the department's personnel.
- Set up team, procedures and work with partners when company has new product line
- Represent the company to work with government once needed
- Oversee and formalize processes to run and cooperate among departments to optimize the resource and

make sure departments execute on the tasks in the new business efficiently and properly.
- Collect info from departments on implementing the new business to identify areas for process

enhancement.
- Build up policies, procedures SOP, digitalized document storage to minimize expenses while keeping things

developed.
- Analyze operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting goals for and implementing the procedure for the new line of products.
- Forecast and manage the budget for the department
- Other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements and Skills
- Specialization in Law with at least 5 years of experience
- Proficient in team management, cross-departmental communication, and analytical problem-solving.
- Technical skills and software proficiency.
- Excellent English communication skills.
