**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Trading Operation_
- Seek new accounts for the purchase important goods in trading and local/export sales in manufacturing (flour and by products) to meet budget and profitability target.
- Maintain and establish relationships with local/ export customers (manufacturers, traders) and oversea/local suppliers.
- Negotiate sales contracts with local/ export buyers and oversea successful execution for the sales contracts.
- Development the sales strategy and reaching the sales target _
- Achieve sales target and objectives within assigned area, by providing direction, leadership, and motivation to the Sales Executive Team.
- Develop plans to accomplish assigned target
- Analyze local market situation and find out better solution as next step
- Provide and share all customer’s profile and situation with team
- Fulfill the established sales objectives and sales budget.
- Development the relationship with customer_
- Run the commercial sales strategies of the company in effective
- Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Documentation_
- Check daily payment and credit status
- Support to Follow up documentation, payment
- Reporting: _Typically reports to Senior Director - Flour business.
- Staff performance managing and Subordinates development_
- Set up and evaluate on KPI’s operations team and staffs.
- Suggest better business scheme and environment following company strategy

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education/ Professional qualification required:_
- University degree or above; Major in trade, Business Administration, Import & Export
- English Skill
- Good computer literacy (Ms. Office)
- Experience required:_
- Three (3) year working experience in the same position and same responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of physical markets for grains.
- Strong understanding of derivative markets and the use of futures and options.
- Good understanding of grains and end-product characteristics, flour, and commodity markets and pricing.
- Good negotiation skills with respect to both internal and external counterparties.
- Able to manage a team and develop new skills in direct reports.
