**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**

MIBS was set up with the aim of being innovative to provide effective solutions to our clients' problems. We are a professional firm staffed with passionate and credible managers, professionals, and consultants, specializing in Event Management and Strategic Communications. Currently, our customers are in FMCG, Nutrition and insurance. Organizing events related to conferences, seminars, exhibitions.

**I. Responsibilities**:

- Together with Account get brief directly from client / get brief from Account, analyze and clarify all requirements, determine the approach;
- Researching customers, products, services..., searching and synthesizing information and documents related to the project for the creation and development of concepts and ideas;
- Document the results of brainstorming sessions to create an internal deployment plan, which includes briefing all involved departments and setting deadlines;
- Ensure quality control and adhere to deadlines for proposals;
- Gather all critical information and incorporate it logically into proposals. Create presentations that are both logically structured and aesthetically pleasing;
- Play a significant role in developing proposals and quotes for event creative concepts that set our service apart;
- Facilitate regular two-way communication between clients and the team, providing strong team representation and setting appropriate client expectations;
- Develop and present marketing campaigns at client pitches.

**II. Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year experience with responsibility and similar position in Event Agency environment;
- Solution thinking, creativity/difference, efficiency, initiative;
- Fluent and effective in communication (English and Vietnamese);
- Knowledge and experience in the entertainment industry (celebs, talent, art performance, tactic, technique, entertainment technology, stage effects...);
- Service mindset, customer-oriented;
- High commitment;
