**RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Hướng dẫn, kiểm tra, đánh giá hoạt động chuyên môn. Xây dựng chương trình tổng quan của khối lớp, môn học.

- n kiểm tra lịch báo gi
- ng, hồ sơ chuyên môn, sổ chủ nhiệm, kế hoạch hè; Duyệt order Đồ dùng dạy học; Tham dự các buổi tập huấn của Phòng giáo dục và Sở giáo dục.

- n lý lớp học, cách xây dựng kế hoạch dạy học, kế hoạch cá nhân, kế hoạch tổ nhóm chuyên môn, cách ghi các loại sổ sách, cách sử dụng sổ điểm điện tử; Lập form giáo án chung cho các bộ môn; Cử các giáo viên đi tập huấn, sinh hoạt chuyên môn theo thông báo của Phòng giáo dục.
4. Đối ngoại (Phòng giáo dục, Sở giáo dục, Phụ huynh học sinh, đối tác.v.v..)

- p với Ban giám hiệu: Cập nhật thông báo, công văn của Sở giáo dục và Phòng giáo dục thường xuyên; Đón tiếp các Đoàn thanh tra của Phòng giáo dục và Sở giáo dục; Tham gia các cuộc họp giao ban Phòng giáo dục, họp sơ kết, tập huấn các chuyên đề, dự các hội nghị triển khai, tổng kết theo yêu cầu của Phòng giáo dục; Làm các báo cáo, xây dựng các kế hoạch theo công văn yêu cầu của Phòng giáo dục (trung bình 2 báo cáo/tuần)
- Coordinate with the School board members: Update notices and official letters of the District department of Education and Continuing Education; Welcoming the inspection teams of the District department of Education and the Department of Education and Training; Participate in District department of Education briefings, preliminary meetings, train thematic topics, attend conference on implementation and review at the request of the District department of Education; Make reports, develop plans according to the request of the District department of Education (average 2 reports / week)._

- Coordinate with the School board members: Ensuring enough content according to the regulations of the School Board, paying attention to the activities "Learning to experience creativity", Mathematics, Literature and Foreign Languages should have additional exercises for students at the end of the class. The duration is 30 minutes, dand the weekend is 45 minutes to ensure students have a firm grasp of knowledge and meet the exam requirements of the Department of Education and the Ministry of Education._
