**Job Purpose**
The objective of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position is to develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business goals, ensure effective financial management and compliance with legal regulations, while optimizing operational efficiency and minimizing financial risks.

**I. Expected Competencies**:
**1. Financial Strategy and Planning**
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business goals.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.

**2. Financial Management**:

- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and financial risk.

**3. Leadership and Team Management**
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the finance department.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. 4

**4. Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure the company’s compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Identify and manage financial risks, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee internal controls and audit processes. 5

**5. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and investors.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

**II. Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in the financial sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
- Investment mindset and deep understanding of financial accounting.
- Preferably experienced in the advertising industry.
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership ability.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of legal regulations and financial standards.
