The Chief Representative (C.R) - HoChiMinh office - plays a vital role in supporting the operations of the Head office in Singapore.

The Chief Representative's responsibilities include:
Sourcing and Procurement: responsible for efficiently sourcing goods or services in Vietnam on behalf of the head office. This involves conducting market research, identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods to the head office.

Quality Control and Inspection: oversees the inspection and quality control processes for goods supplied or resold by the head office in Vietnam, includes implementing rigorous quality assurance measures which meet the required standards.

Information Dissemination: serves as a primary source of information, providing updates on new products and services offered by the head office, ensures comprehensive awareness and facilitates effective decision-making.

Reporting and Business Development: monitors and reports on local business development activities, keeping the head office informed about market trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth opportunities in Vietnam. This valuable insight helps the head office strategize and make informed business decisions to enhance their presence and competitiveness in the local market.

Advisory Role: Drawing upon their expertise and knowledge of the local market, the Chief Representative advises the head office on the distribution of goods to distributors and customers. They offer valuable insights into customer preferences, market dynamics, and industry trends, contributing to effective distribution strategies that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

In addition to the defined role, the Chief Representative is entrusted with the following specific responsibilities:
Team Management and Business Development: establishing and maintaining strong relationships with various government departments and business partners.

Identifying New Business Opportunities and Product Registration: Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities in Vietnam,

Monitoring Business Activities: Ensure proper follow-up on all business activities involving distributors, customers, and partners.

Acting as a Liaison: Serve as a key liaison between the company, customers, distributors, and partners.

Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to initiate and maintain executive-level interactions, both internally and externally.

Requirement:

- Fluent in English speaking & writing
- Knowledge of office management
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry (not compulsory)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Mature, independent, diligent and good time management.
- Well-organized and detail oriented

**Salary**: From 18,000,000₫ per month
