- Develop and execute Search strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Create and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, etc.
- Write compelling ad copy and test different ad creatives to improve performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Implement bid management strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Search efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Search to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in marketing, advertising, web design preferred.
- Preferably at least 1-2 years’ experience with an expertise in Search (agency experience preferred). Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences are also welcome to apply
- Knowledge of Search and willingness to grow your knowledge in this area
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other SEM platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Solid competency in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills
- Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, enthusiastic, hardworking, and a team player
