**Giới thiệu**:
Wander Compass là thành viên mới của Tổ Ong Adventure với sứ mệnh mở rộng hoạt động du lịch ra ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam. Chúng tôi sẽ đưa bạn khám phá khắp các châu lục với nhiều loại hình hoạt động phong phú như hiking, trekking, biking, road trip,Mang đến những trải nghiệm phiêu lưu độc đáo và đa dạng, Wander Compass tiếp nối tinh thần của TOA nhưng trên phạm vi toàn cầu.
Là cầu nối giữa nhà tổ chức hoạt động mạo hiểm hàng đầu Việt Nam với khách hàng. Nắm bắt tốt tâm lý và vấn đề của khách hàng, từ đó hỗ trợ tư vấn thông tin, giúp khách hàng tự tin trải nghiệm các dịch vụ trip sẵn có của Wander Compass.
**Trách nhiệm**:
Tiếp nhận data khách hàng từ các kênh của Wander Compass, tư vấn và thuyết phục và duy trình mối quan hệ với khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ của công ty;
Tạo và quản lý các chính sách giá, hoạt động promotion để có thể thu hút thêm khách hàng.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận để xử lý các vấn đề khác nhau của khách hàng;
Đề xuất cải tiến sản phẩm theo xu hướng chuyển động của ngành du lịch và thị trường cũng như đối thủ cạnh tranh.
Hỗ trợ khách hàng hoàn thành giao dịch để đạt KPI;
Đảm bảo mục tiêu doanh thu và cộng tác với team sản phẩm để đạt được lợi nhuận đóng góp dự kiến.
Lập báo cáo hàng tuần, tháng, quý.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Đã từng có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí Customer Service/Sale Representative.
Đam mê các hoạt động du lịch mạo hiểm.
Kỹ năng bán hàng, giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt.
Có khả năng cam kết ít nhất là một năm.

**Lương**: 7000K - 12000K VND một tháng
