- ** Your Role **:You are responsible to work at CFS - Container Freight Station warehouse in Hai Phong province, to plan the inbound/outbound CFS shipments, outbound customs and arrange trucking.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- To lead and support CFS Ops team.
- To balance and flexibly arrange handling teams to ensure a smooth operation.
- To solve and instruct OPS team if any operation issue.
- To ensure the Ops team to strictly follow SOPs, rules, and skills.
- To ensure the quality of container loading/safety for customer products.
- To be responsible for operation safety and security.
- Maintain team work, productive working environment.
- Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost savings.
- Assist CFS Operation Manager in other tasks to achieve excellent operations.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
- Having at least 2 years working experience in Warehouse operation and customs process area.
- Having leadership experience is a plus.
- Having good knowledge of warehouse system process.
- Good at communication, interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
