**Business Manager, Digital & Automation (D&A)** to
**contribute to accelerate the growth and development of Digital & Automation business**, including:
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- ** Business Planning**: Accelerate & Drive sales funnel (on Shareville), order, revenue, and profit growth for the responsible portfolio of Digital & Automation business.
- ** Business Review & Reporting**: Lead monthly and quarterly business review and discussion with country executives, and regional D&A team for the respective portfolio.
- ** Sales & Marketing Activities**: Working with MarCom team, to design and executive D&A portfolio campaign and calendar, events, and digital marketing, to drive leads and recurring business with “land and expand” model.
- ** Business Development**: Balancing to drive large enterprise, platform deals (Syngo Carbon, Teamplay, eHealth/ MyCare), and “land and expand” of recurring business (Syngo via/ Teamplay/ AIRC). Working closely with local and regional sales, Enterprise Services (ES), Business Line managers & key accounts managers for bundling business. Identification and development of customer digital strategy and opportunities, client requirement analysis, development of digitalization roadmap/ proposals, client presentations, tender specification etc.
- ** Solution Design, RFI and RFP Response**: Anchor proposal response to Siemens Healthineers' active pursuits in both Public and Private Sector for targeting Digital Health opportunities. The person would be responsible to own the Technical and Solution Design and articulating the proposed - Approach and Methodology, Project Plan, SOW, IPS etc. for the proposals.
- ** Project Management to drive funnel to close**: Working closely with local, regional, and global team of sales, pre-sales, professional service, customer service, to drive project to close in Digital Health.
- ** Project Delivery**: Understand client requirements, project scope and deliverables; SOW; Lead project delivery and manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders etc. Working closely with Customer Success Team on post-delivery.
- ** Operational Excellence**: Ensuring project profitability, timely delivery of projects, quality & risk management, positive feedbacks from the client, etc.

**Your qualifications and experiences**:

- You have at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT.
- Experience in Pre-Sales role.
- Prior IT consulting/ advisory experience in healthcare sector in Vietnam is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of healthcare sector, public healthcare structure and programs, and IT landscape in Vietnam.
- Prior experience of proposal development and managing projects for government clients and donor agencies.

**Your attributes and skills**:

- Knowledge in projects integration of EMR, LIS, RIS, familiar with cybersecurity requirement in healthcare IT, Cloud, Edge, and AI. Familiar with Azure and Java.
- Excellent project management skills with effective communication and team-management skills.
- Project Management and Problem-solving capabilities.
- Report writing and PowerPoint development skills.
- Stay informed about research and trends in our program areas and in research and evaluation to inform our strategy accordingly.
- Network with industry experts and association to drive thought leadership in the portfolio.
- You are proficient in Vietnamese and English both spoken and written to communicate with our local Customers and global Colleagues.
