We are seeking a **Business Development Intern** to support the **Business Development Manager** in driving growth and identifying new business opportunities. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about eCommerce to gain hands-on experience in sales, client relationships, and strategic partnerships. You will assist in researching potential partners, managing leads, preparing proposals, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Contract Review & Support**:Assist the BD Manager in reviewing contracts and preparing annexes, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
- **Legal Research**:Conduct research on corporate law matters, industry standards, and contract regulations that may impact business partnerships.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the Business Development Manager, including note-taking, organizing documents, and handling logistics for meetings and events.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Help Business Development Manager/Head of Growth to create customized partnership proposals and presentations in collaboration with internal teams, showcasing Intrepid's capabilities and value.
- **Lead Generation**: Assist in identifying and researching potential brand partners and industry opportunities.
- **Client Engagement**: Assist in the coordination of communication with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and preparing briefing materials.
- Assist with special projects as needed

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Law or related field (preferably Business or Corporate Law).
- **Corporate Law Knowledge**: Understanding of corporate law and contract management is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- High attention to detail, especially when preparing proposals and related documents.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a proactive attitude toward tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
