The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- In this position, you will specialize in data planning and take responsibility for strategy and data reports to facilitate management decisions and enhance SOC operations. You will actively participate in operational/cost improvement projects within the SOCs.- Ensure the provision of comprehensive operational performance reports.
- Conduct data analysis to inform operational decisions.
- Standardize operational reports.
- Develop and implement optimization projects across relevant departments to enhance operations.
- Plan and monitor operational cost optimization.
- Plan for increased productivity and order processing capacity for the operational location.
- Lead and execute initiatives to drive continuous improvement in operational processes, including implementing operational excellence projects.
- Assist in managing facility assets and occupational safety if required.

**Requirements**:

- Detailed and process-oriented
- Proficient in data analysis tools and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills. Can communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams and work with all types of staff.
- Proven success in project management and operational improvement.
- Comfortable delivering and receiving frequent direct written and verbal feedback
- English proficiency is a plus.
