Mô tả công việc
- Ý tưởng thiết kế sản phẩm: Sáng tạo các ý tưởng thiết kế độc đáo cho các sản phẩm thể thao, từ giai đoạn lên concept đến hoàn thiện, đáp ứng nhu cầu thị trường và xu hướng hiện tại.
- Thiết kế bao bì sản phẩm: Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế và phát triển bao bì & các sản phẩm như áo quần, mỹ phẩm, dụng cụ và phụ kiện thể thao,... đảm bảo sự phù hợp với nhận diện thương hiệu và tính thẩm mỹ cao.
- Chiến dịch: Tham gia và triển khai thiết kế, chỉnh sửa ấn phẩm theo các chiến dịch marketing và branding, đảm bảo tính nhất quán và sáng tạo trong từng thiết kế.
- Cập nhật xu hướng: Liên tục cập nhật các xu hướng thiết kế mới nhất, sáng tạo các nội dung video mới theo trend để áp dụng vào công việc.
- Báo cáo định kỳ & thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 1 năm tại các trong lĩnh vực thiết kế đồ họa.
- Thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế đồ họa (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Khả năng sáng tạo cao, có mắt thẩm mỹ tốt và nhạy bén với xu hướng thiết kế mới.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.
- Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và hoàn thành các dự án đúng hạn.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có hiểu biết và yêu thích thể thao
