**Purpose of the role**

A master data manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- Manage naming conventions across all relevant systems
- Standardize master data across regions, clients, and markets whenever possible
- Manage hierarchies across systems (Country-Region, Supplier groups, Substrates)
- Field mappings owner, keeping them up to date regularly
- Capture master data on the different sources
- Set up master data for new accounts
- Monitor the quality of master data across systems, providing strategic reporting to senior leadership and operational reporting to account teams
- New fields in systems to ensure the re-usage and consistency
- Acting as a central contact for master data for the business
- Work alongside the technology team to develop and maintain the systems needed to achieve best-in-class master data

**Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure**
- 5 years of experience in data related role
- Proven performance in Master data management / Data quality & compliance / Business analyst
- Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and tools
- Advance in Excel
- Strong ability to spot the data quality

- Analytical, process management, and data management
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills using available resources
