**Job Purpose**:
1. For WH management: responsibility for management of RM and FG WH, maintaining 5S, HSES, & cost focus. Managing a team of warehouse personnel for goods receipt
- RM/PM & NPR items, stock management of the inventory,

2. Takes responsibility for SAQ 7.2 - Chemicals Storage and Transportation Management

3. Manage the distribution of FG for both local & export (ICD) customers

4. Transport management both for local and exports, working with the transport vendors/ shipping agencies with support from regional logistics development team.

5. Drive a culture of Continuous improvement to meet key targets on OTIF, Cost & inventory

6. Support and deploy SAP system/WMS system to warehouse team

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Sustainability (including HSES): Establish a culture and build processes in distribution to meet the sustainability ambitions of the company.
- People: Develop distribution and service organisation and people capability to enable delivery of delivery goals aligned to the supply chain strategy.
- Capacity / Technology: Plan and ensure logistic capacity to deliver demand using available best practices technology, incl. regular assessment on number of transporters & storage capacity.
- Logistic Performance & Excellence: Direct implementation of the excellence agenda for an effective and efficient logistic.
- Warehouse Management.
- Export management: Intercompany dispatches (ICD) - scheduling the export dispatches as per customer requirements meeting OTIF and cost targets.
- Customer Service: Measure and analyze data related to customer satisfaction.
- Compliance in all HSE&S standard, PSM compliance and regulatory requirements in every activities within respective unit.
- Compliance with the Code of Conduct standard in every activities within working unit.

**Experience**:

- Experienced at supervisor level with 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing and distribution environment, preferable consumers/chemical industries.
- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Computer skills: word, excel, power point, SAP.
- Good leadership skills, strong values on customer focus, deliver on commitment, passion for excellence and winning together with core values on safety, sustainability and integrity.
- Knowledge of CI skills /tools are added advantage.

**Education**:
College degree or above in Technical/Industrial major, logistics experience, demonstrating passion to drive.
