1. Drive the sales and achieve targets

2. Supervise sales in GT channel and KA channels (Factory Canteen, School, Industrial Zone,...)

3. Supervise and negotiate the trading terms with GT systems

4. Create promotion program to increase sale volume and increase market coverage in KA channel

5. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion program with GT channel

6. Be responsible for setting up annual sales target, annual sales plan, annual marketing plan, and annual own-channel budget

7. Monitor current market condition and competitor information

8. Accomplish marketing and sale objectives by planning, implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs

9. Supervise communications with customers

Age: From 26 years old

Education:Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Sales, branding advertising, consumer marketing, Trade Marketing in FMCG or related industry and 3 years in supervisor position.
- Experience in Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferred.

Soft skills:

- Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skill, planning skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, etc.
- Good English communication skills.

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)

Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00, Mon - Fri & alternative Sat
