**Responsibilities**
- **System Architecture Design**: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance, and secure software architectures for complex systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical goals.
- **Technical Leadership**:Provide technical direction and leadership for development teams. Review and approve technical designs and solutions, ensuring they align with architectural standards.
- **Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement**:Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and other departments to define technical requirements and translate them into efficient architecture solutions.
- **Mentorship and Coaching**: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance on coding best practices, system design, and problem-solving. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- **Technology Strategy**: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks that can improve system architecture and development practices.
- **Code Quality and Standards**: Ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices through code reviews, architecture reviews, and pair programming sessions.
- **Documentation**:Maintain clear and comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
- **Deployment and Maintenance**:Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration of software systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues post-deployment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of designing and building complex software systems.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, Go) and related frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of databases (relational and NoSQL) and experience with performance tuning, replication, and scaling strategies.
- Knowledge of security best practices and tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about system design and technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Forex Experience: Direct experience working with Forex trading systems, brokers, or trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, FIX engines).
