**Job description**:
The Solution Architect will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship
- Designing and implementing high-quality software solutions (preferred in.NET core,.NET framework and Reactjs/Vuejs)
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Providing technical guidance and support to team directly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation (especially the latest.NET technologies and trends)
- Working as part of a diverse, dynamic team, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior to senior team members, helping to develop their skills and career growth.
**Your skills and experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field
- **Proven experience as a Technical Leader/ Technical Architect/Solutions Architect**:
- In-depth knowledge of the.NET core and.NET framework. Familiar with front-end frameworks like VueJs, ReactJs, and VueJs is our primary front-end development language.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, with the ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions
- **Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.**:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Dedication to continuous learning and skill development.
