**Mô tả công việc**
- Nghiên cứu sản phẩm, đối tượng khách hàng và các chiến dịch sáng tạo trên thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh.
- Đề xuất ý tưởng sáng tạo cho ra mắt sản phẩm, tính năng của ngân hàng điện tử, ý tưởng bán hàng livestream cho toàn hàng, ý tưởng các chiến dịch truyền thông bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: big idea, taglines, creative assets, content direction, media scripts
- Nghiên cứu, brainstorm cùng với team và lên kế hoạch để thực thi các ý tưởng đã thống nhất.
- Đo lường hiệu quả của các chiến dịch sáng tạo, từ đó đề xuất các điều chỉnh và cải tiến khi cần thiết.
- Cộng tác với các trưởng bộ phận khác để có được kiến thức sâu về các yêu cầu của khách hàng

**Yêu cầu công việc**
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kinh tế, tài chính ngân hàng, quản trị kinh doanh hoặc marketing.
- Tiếng Anh và tin học văn phòng: Thành thạo
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở lĩnh vực tài chính, tín dụng hoặc tương đương.
- Có đam mê và am hiểu thị trường, có độ nhạy bén trong kinh doanh, có tầm nhìn chiến lược.
- Khả năng tổng hợp, phân tích tốt, bắt trend nhanh và ham học hỏi.
- Có kỹ năng creative thinking và logical thinking.
- Kỹ năng thuyết trình tốt với Powerpoint (viết và trực quan), kỹ năng thuyết trình và khả năng sáng tạo ý tưởng thành câu chuyện.
- Năng động, tự tin, sáng tạo và có khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như làm việc theo nhóm
