**Responsibilities**:

- Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations with potential real estate investor immigrants, assessing their investment goals, financial capabilities, and eligibility for relevant Canadian immigration programs.
- Compliance and Due Diligence: Stay updated with the latest Canadian immigration policies, real estate regulations, and economic trends to ensure full compliance and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Case Management: Manage a portfolio of real estate investor immigration cases, ensuring seamless communication with clients and keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Government Liaison: Liaise with Canadian immigration authorities, government agencies, and investment regulators on behalf of clients to facilitate the immigration and investment processes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Law, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Immigration Specialist, with a proven track record of successfully assisting nvestors with their immigration and investment goals in Canada.
- Canadian Immigration Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and programs applicable to real estate investor immigrants.
- Language Skills: Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Ethical Conduct: Uphold the highest level of professional ethics and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and achieving client satisfaction.
