- Hold high level of accountability for daily operation of data transfer from LAS to SUN, collaborate with IT and OP to investigate and fix detected errors

Đối chiếu, kiểm tra việc ghi nhận kế toán trong hoạt động chuyển dữ liệu kế toán hàng ngày từ LAS sang SUN, phối hợp với IT và OP để sửa lỗi
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries for sales related transaction to SUN system

Đảm bảo số liệu kế toán được ghi nhận đầy đủ và chính xác vào hệ thống SUN
- Maintain all documentations and reconciliations to be available when requested by both internal and external parties

Lưu trữ các tài liệu, báo cáo đảm bảo việc cung cấp kịp thời theo yêu cầu nội bộ, kiểm toán hoặc yêu cầu của cơ quan chức năng

Scope 1: Daily operation
- Hoạt động hàng ngày_
- Ensure high level of accuracy and completeness for sales data to be transferred from LAS to SUN and work with IT/OP to fix detected errors
- Đảm bảo độ chính xác cao và đầy đủ cho dữ liệu bán hàng khi được chuyển từ hệ thống LAS sang SUN và hợp tác làm việc với bộ phận công nghệ thông tin, bộ phận điều hành nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm để sửa các lỗi phát sinh_
- Hạch toán vào hệ thống LAS phí bảo hiểm của khách hàng dựa vào bảng sao kê ngân hàng hằng ngày cho OP để kịp thời áp dụng phí bảo hiểm vào các hợp đồng tương ứng_
- Process payment requests to sales forces for compensation, cash advance for GAs and premium/claim to customers on daily basis or when having request from business
- Thực hiện các lênh chi trả cho khách hàng và đại lý hàng ngày theo yêu cầu từ các phòng ban liên quan._
- Process data downloaded from system and work closely with relevant departments to fix issue (if any) and complete KPI reports for submission to PCA and internal business
- Xử lý dữ liệu và phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan để kiễm tra các vấn đề phát sinh nếu có, hoàn thành các báo cáo KPI._

Scope 2: Balance sheet account management
- Quản lý tài khoản liên quan kế toán bào hiểm trên bản cân đối kế toán_
- Monthly reconcile the assigned groups of account on B/S to ensure the total on SUN matching with details on LAS/report
- Hàng tháng đối chiếu các nhóm tài khoản được chỉ định trên bảng cân đối kế toán để đảm bảo tổng số trên hệ thống SUN phù hợp với các chi tiết trên hệ thống LAS/ báo cáo_
- Work with other Departments to review outstanding B/S items and follow up to ensure the actions taken
- Làm việc với các bộ phận khác để đánh giá các hạng mục còn tồn đọng trên bảng cân đối kế toán và theo dõi để đảm bảo các hướng giải quyết được thực hiện_
- Review written off proposal for items on B/S as per PVA written off policy
- Rà soát lại đề xuất xóa bỏ đối với các hạng mục trên bảng cân đối kế toán theo chính sách của công ty_
- Follow FAM’s guideline on B/S reconciliation process in terms of signing off and required documentation
- Thực hiện theo hướng dẫn của phòng quản lý tài chính và thẩm định giá về quá trình đối chiếu bảng cân đối kế toán trong việc ký kết và các tài liệu yêu cầu_

Scope 3: Reporting
- Báo cáo_
- Liaise with Local Reporting team to prepare data/documentation as requested for periodic and ad-hoc visit of both internal and external parties (GFC, EY, MOF, TAX, etc.)
- Hợp tác với nhóm Báo cáo nội bộ để chuẩn bị dữ liệu/tài liệu theo yêu cầu cho chuyến công tác định kì và đột xuất của các đối tượng bên trong và bên ngoài_
- Prepare weekly dealing report for Investment team to handle the investment process for ILP & ULP products

Chuẩn bị báo cáo giao dịch hàng tuần cho nhóm đầu tư để xử lý quá trình đầu tư cho các sản phẩm ILP & ULP
- Other periodic and routine reports as scheduled

- Participate in monthly/yearly closing process as part of FAM’s closing schedule
