**Job summary**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Complaint Handling
- Handle and take follow-up actions for all complaints from customers about the products’ quality until the closure.
- Report to M-BCs / Olympus APAC and Vietnam MoH.
- Field Corrective Action
- Take the proper actions of remedial measures for affected products, including repairing, recalling or replacing the products.
- Ensure the safety for users and patients, compliance with local regulation for traceability and post market surveillance and the process and procedures followed by the directions from Olympus Global.
- Report to M-BCs / Olympus APAC and Vietnam MoH.
- Quality Management System
- Create SOPs for QMS including SOPs for Complaint Handling procedure / Adverse Event reporting / Training / FSCA / Documents Control / Management review / Corrective Action & Prevention Action / Quality Policy / Internal Audit. Following the directions from Olympus Global for QMS of each BC.
- Reports & Meeting
- Prepare and submit all external and internal QA reports without delay and mistake.
- Attend compulsory internal/external meetings.
- Training
- Not only doing one's own work, but also actively giving advice and guidance to juniors.
- Others
- Other tasks assigned by Line Managers.

**Experience requirements**:

- More than 3 years’ experience as a Specialist.
- PDCA skill.
- Communication skill.
- Teamwork skill.
- Fluently speaking in English (TOEIC700)
- Computer’s skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Integrity, Empathy, Long-term View, Agility, Unity.

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
