**Job Descriptions**
- To become the powerhouse for creative ideas & tactics that help deliver campaign objectives for brands.
- Conduct research (category, market, competitors, consumers) to have a proper understanding of Client's request.
- Willing to learn new projects on media, digital and data. Regularly updated global and Vietnamese media and technology trends.
- Working with the Account team to take client briefs, analyze business objectives and identify campaign objectives.
- Able to develop & execute marketing campaigns that answers the objectives.
- Brainstorming & writing creative tactics, big ideas, content pillars and content cascades across channels.
- Working closely with the creative team & 3rd parties in production of high quality content such as videos and images to use as materials for content marketing and promotion across social media channels.
- Supporting the social team in brainstorming for fun, creative & on-trend social posts.
- Support/participate in in-depth interviews with consumers to find out insight that could be valuable for projects (if required).
- Keep track of campaign KPIs and promptly make needed adjustments to ensure campaign performance.
- Other requirements/tasks by Line Manager.

**Job Requirements**
- 3+ years of related copywriting and content creation.
- Experience in creating content for user acquisition, brand awareness and brand engagement objectives.
- Ability to sketch or use photo/video editing programs is a big advantage.
- Background in Advertising or Publishing industry is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of content trends & social platforms.
- Being a content creator on social media is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
