**Responsibilities**:

- Work with customers to understand their requirements, and translate these into technical specifications for the web development team.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for web development projects.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend technology solutions for web development projects.
- Manage multiple teams and ensure effective communication between teams.
- Ensure that web development projects are completed within the agreed timelines and budgets.
- Review and approve web development deliverables to ensure quality.
- Develop and implement web development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and design, to ensure web development projects meet business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools and technologies.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in web development, with at least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Experience in managing multiple teams and budgets.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering web development projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in working with customers to understand their requirements and translating these into technical specifications.
- Strong technical skills in web development technologies such as Angular, React, Bootstrap, node.js, and other related technologies such as AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFront) and the serverless framework.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
