**Position Headline**:

- Perform accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that they comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. Policies development. Risk management and procedures control. Process management.**Area Responsibilities**:

- Check documents/data, verify vendor's information; record expenses; contact claimers for any AP documents' issue; record/update,
- Capture expenses under proper accounts according the regulations; acccrue expenses; allocate monthly expenses to the corresponding Dept; reconcile & book the adjustment entries.
- Prepare payment orders; submit to authorized approval and settle as per payment schedule; monitor and settle the affiliates' mature invoice(s); reconcile cash/bank and ensure payments being processed on time, payment information to be checked and confirmed accuracy.
- Assist to reconcile and prepare monthly report of VAT, FCWT.
- Issue VAT invoice
- Prepare financial reports and accounting statements (such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, cash flow, debtor and creditor lists, repayment schedules, regulatory reports and filings), in order to ensure financial reporting's accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
- Coordinates with other departments, internal audit, and external parties.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Establish and maintain policy based on financial aspects
- Control information and financial risks in business operation processes.
- Providing (i) financial regulations (ii) inspection and control regulations to ensure that information and finance management in the organization is unified, transparent and secure

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years working experience in General Accountant/Accounting Department of Foreign Direct Investment Companies or Foreign Join-Venture Companies
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance CPA/ACCA certificate is a plus
