- Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các thủ tục pháp lý, hỗ trợ các vấn đề pháp lý đảm bảo việc bán hàng, sản phẩm Dự Án phù hợp với các quy định pháp luật; hỗ trợ giải đáp và giải quyết các phản hồi khách hàng phù hợp với chính sách của Công Ty và quy định pháp luật;
- Chịu trách nhiệm rà soát, thẩm định tính pháp lý của các hợp đồng, giao dịch mua sắm phục vụ Dự Án, hoạt động kinh doanh của Công Ty nhằm đảm bảo tốt nhất quyền lợi của Công Ty và phù hợp với các quy định pháp luật;
- Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện thủ tục xin văn bản đủ điều kiện huy động vốn (đủ điều kiện bán hàng) cho Dự Án tại cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền;
- Chịu trách nhiệm soạn thảo và xin phê duyệt biểu mẫu hợp đồng mua bán căn hộ hình thành trong tương lai cho Dự Án tại cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền; soạn thảo và trình duyệt mẫu biểu hồ sơ phục vụ bán hàng;
- Phối hợp các Khối Chức Năng làm việc với ngân hàng thực hiện hồ sơ phát hành chứng thư bảo lãnh căn hộ hình thành trong tương lai cho khách hàng;
- Chịu trách nhiệm về các vấn đề pháp lý trong quá trình hoạt động kinh doanh hàng ngày của Công Ty chủ đầu tư Dự Án (các hợp đồng lao động, hợp đồng mua sắm, đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật, giải quyết tranh chấp, các vấn đề pháp lý khác).
- Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát về mặt pháp lý việc ký kết hợp đồng mua bán căn hộ hình thành trong tương lai; hồ sơ chuyển nhượng hợp đồng mua bán căn hộ hình thành trong tương lai và các văn bản, giấy tờ, các vấn đề pháp lý phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng mua bán với khách hàng;
- Chịu trách nhiệm soạn thảo và trình duyệt phát hành mẫu biểu hồ sơ phục vụ bàn giao căn hộ thuộc các Dự Án cho khách hàng;
- Phối hợp với Khối Chức Năng (Khối Dự Án ) trình phê duyệt Dự Án đủ điều kiện cấp giấy chứng nhận sở hữu cho người mua nhà tại Dự Án;
- Chịu trách nhiệm đề xuất và trình ban lãnh đạo chọn đơn vị làm dịch vụ hồ sơ cấp giấy chứng nhận quyền sở hữu căn hộ, dịch vụ công chứng làm sổ; chuẩn bị biểu mẫu hồ sơ cấp giấy chứng nhận, thông báo nhận giấy chứng nhận quyền sở hữu căn hộ;
- Chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ các Khối Chức Năng trả lời các phản hồi, ý kiến của khách hàng phát sinh trong quá trình bán hàng, sau bán hàng, cấp giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất;
- Chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết một cách thỏa đáng và kịp thời những khiếu nại, thắc mắc có liên quan đến vấn đề pháp lý cho khách hàng sau khi khách hàng đã liên hệ trực tiếp đến Khối Chức Năng (Khối Dịch Vụ Khách Hàng ) nhưng vẫn chưa thỏa đáng;
- Chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết các tranh chấp của khách hàng liên quan đến sản phẩm Dự Án, quá trình mua bán sản phẩm Dự Án;
- Chịu trách nhiệm hoàn thành các KPIs tài chính, các KPIs phi tài chính và các chỉ số KPIs được giao tùy từng thời điểm;
- Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện và hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác được phân công;
- Chịu trách nhiệm về tất cả vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến phạm vi công việc được giao.

- Bằng cấp Cử nhân Luật hoặc cao hơn. Có chứng chỉ hành nghề luật sư hoặc tương đương.
- Có các kiến thức chuyên môn về bất động sản, tài chính, kinh tế.
- Tối thiểu 8 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các Công ty Luật được xếp hạng với vị trí Senior Associate từ 2 năm trở lên hoặc làm việc tại các công ty phát triển bất động sản với chức danh Legal Manager tối thiểu 1 năm.
