**Main Accountabilities**

**Purchasing**

To source suppliers for Direct and Indirect materials. Negotiate and perform vendor selection process, and communicate to other departments related activities

Negotiate commercial agreements for the local supply of materials, goods and services ensuring that they are delivered as required

Maintain and coordinate purchasing global tools includes saving sheet, forecast tool and provide information as requested by region/global community

To properly execute creation, posting and closing of purchase orders.

Establish and build relationship with potential key suppliers with the view of securing long terms supply of key materials

Maintain and update the full supplier terms and conditions and relevant data in SAP system, Supporting and controlling the implementation of ISO 9001 in the area of Purchasing & Procurement

**Procurement & RM Planning**

Planning and placement of PO for local direct materials and packaging.

Placement of PO for indirect materials as per requested from users.

Coordination with regional procurement on the import of materials and follow up shipment status.

Monitor and follow-up with the shipping agent and customs broker the arrival and release of process with forwarder and IC partners. Goods ensuring they are processed on time including landed costs entry in SAP.

Exportation activities related and communication to ordering sites

S-Report or any report required by local team

**Production Planning**

Coordinates inquiries with Sales, Lab, Logistics, and Production.

Creates daily production plan base on open SO
