**About this role**

This is a newly created role which will be part of the Bitcastle team. Bitcastle is a cryptocurrency exchange platform which aims to create a new age of exchange where everyone can use it safely and have fun. As frequent communication with Japan and Vietnam entities is required, this role will be fully remote at the moment.

**About the job**

As part of the bitcastle team, your main duties will be to strategize and lead digital marketing efforts to improve user acquisition, growth strategies, and brand value, as well as supporting the overall operation of the platform.
- Develop digital marketing strategies with clear objectives and measurable results.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various social media and digital platforms.
- Support the operation of the platform by liaising with vendors and clients, preparing documentation when necessary
- Conduct market research when requested
- Other tasks to be assigned by the company as and when necessary.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Business level English language and Japanese language skills to be able to communicate directly with Japan stakeholders
- Ability to use spreadsheets and Google Drive
- Interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Attention to detail and ability to perform to a high standard.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment and deal smoothly with a variety of stakeholders
- A willingness to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 36,000,000₫ - 50,000,000₫ per month

**Experience**:

- crypto/forex related: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital Marketing: 3 years (required)
