**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all worksites are Safety compliant with Company policies and safety standards by regularly or randomly checking.
- Support Line Manager and team with coordinating and implementing of effective WCA and ISMS (Information Security Management System)’s policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
- Maintain, review all the current Corporate processes/procedures especially ISMS program, document templates and propose the updated/revised versions to make them more effective.
- Support awareness training and campaigns such as security awareness training, update security news, training materials periodically to raise employee awareness
- Follow up the findings/recommendations by internal/external inspections and make sure the audit findings are resolved within the timeline.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks/projects as required

**Qualifications**:
**2.1. Knowledge and skills**:

- Have basic knowledge about the ESG (Environmental, social, and corporate governance), Hygiene and Food Safety standards.
- Have basic knowledge of ISO 27001 or information security standards.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve team goals.
- Demonstrate organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks proactively.
- Highly motivated, self-directed.
- Medium at English in communication skills

**2.2. Education/Training Preferred**:

- Bachelor/engineer degree or college (fresher or 1 year experience) in relevant fields.
- Familiar with TCVN 3890:2009, ISO 22000, ISO 27001
