MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc làm presentation list, subform, spec form khách hoặc spec online trên hệ thống khách hàng EU/UK.
- Kiểm tra thành phần nguyên liệu trong các công thức làm mẫu, trial từ RD tuân thủ theo các luật định an toàn thực phẩm của thị trường nhập khẩu và COP khách hàng EU/UK.
- Chuẩn bị các Cooking validation, shelf life validation (hàng chilled), nutrition cho các mặt hàng mới hoặc bán lại của các khách EU/UK.
- Cập nhật những thông tin, yêu cầu của khách hàng EU/UK đến nội bộ phòng QLCL & các bộ phận liên quan.
- Chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc kiểm tra Artwork của khách hàng thị trường EU/UK, tập hợp thông tin phản hồi từ R&D, Bao bì và gửi nhận xét đến cho khách.
- Liên lạc R&D lấy thông tin công thức để làm presentation list, subform, spec cho các khách EU/UK.
- Liên lạc Bao bì lấy thông tin bao bì khai khách EU/UK.
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ liên quan release cont và gửi cho khách EU/UK.
- Liên lạc các bộ phận liên quan cung cấp: quy trình, QAS/CQM, QCP, HACCP để đính kèm cho khách EU/UK.
- Trả lời các câu hỏi của khách hàng về spec, sản phẩm, vấn đề kỹ thuật.
- Soạn thảo và trình ký các spec, form mẫu theo yêu cầu khách hàng và gửi khách EU/UK.
- Kiểm hàng thành phẩm hàng ngày ở đóng thùng.
- Chụp hình và chuẩn bị hồ sơ liên quan đến 1st production cho các khách EU/UK.
- Kiểm tra chất lượng hàng thành phẩm hàng ngày, viết báo cáo.
- Một số công việc khác theo sự phân công của trưởng phòng, phó phòng

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Tốt nghiệp trình độ Đại học với chuyên ngành công nghệ thực phẩm
- hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan đến chuyên ngành thực phẩm.
- Tiếng Anh trình độ TOEIC, giao tiếp tốt.
- Trình bày, phân tích và viết báo cáo tốt
- Giao tiếp và thuyết phục cao
- Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực thực phẩm, ưu tiên đã từng làm việc tại các công ty sản xuất / xuất khẩu thủy hải sản / thực phẩm công nghiệp.
