- Monitor order status, be ready for incidents of shortage or backlog of goods, and contact directly with relevant departments.
- Track orders and confirm production times, delivery times, and costs.
- Review, update, and maintain orders until completion.
- Ensure orders comply with contractual agreements; Report results to management.
- Check records, and make payments to suppliers periodically.

- Able to work independently, proactively and under pressure
- Good communication and negotiation skills
