Work with Operations Manager to review, produce food menu based on sale report and customer’s trend on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.

Prepare recipe, costing and training kitchen staff on food menu.

Lead kitchen staff by example in terms of hygiene and safety and cleanliness

Following company ordering and stock control systems at all times

Arrange weekly meeting with staff alongside Operations Manager to keep staff informed.

Ensures that all necessary prep levels are completed for service times

Maintain Kitchen Equipment

Ensure that all products and food items are of the best quality

Roster management.

At least 5 year experience in same role in a Western Restaurant
Team player & customer service mind.

Good in English and Microsoft Office skills.
