- Contact hotels to sign the contract to join Extranet system (this system supports to sell hotel rooms on our website)/ _Liên hệ & đàm phán với các khách sạn tham gia vào hệ thống Extranet (hệ thống hỗ trợ bán phòng trên web)_;
- Update the hotels information, pictures, facilities to Extranet system/ _Cập nhật thông tin, hình ảnh, cơ sở vật chất mới nhất của khách sạn vào hệ thống Extranet_;
- Manage the room rate, allotment, promotion, blackout dates/ _Quản lý giá phòng, chương trình khuyến mãi, tình trạng phòng trống_;
- Check and compare rates with others websites/ _Kiểm tra và so sánh giá với các trang web khác_;
- Follow up and process payments/ _Theo dõi và xử lý các khoản thanh toán_;
- Take responsibility to resolve problems when it occurs/ _Có trách nhiệm giải quyết các sự cố liên quan khi xảy ra_;
- Cooperate with other departments to arrange other services (if any)/ _Liên hệ, hợp tác với các bộ phận liên quan để sắp xếp các dịch vụ khác (nếu có)_.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Graduated from College or University, majoring in Restaurant and Hospitality Management or related major/ _Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, chuyên ngành Nhà hàng
- Khách sạn hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan_;
- Having experience of hotels at Travel Agents (OTA with 1 year is required)/_ Có kinh nghiệm mảng khách sạn tại các Đại lý lữ hành (bắt buộc có 1 năm kinh nghiệm về OTA)_;
- Good at English/ _Tiếng Anh tốt (đọc + viết)_;
- Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)/_ Kỹ năng vi tính cơ bản: Word, Excel, PowerPoint_;
- Detail-oriented & information analysis/ _Kỹ tính, chú ý tiểu tiết và xử lý, phân tích thông tin_;
- Willing to learn the knowledge/ _Sẵn sàng học hỏi kiến thức mới_.
