**The Job**
- Location: Ho Chi Minh city
- Team: Marketing
- Report to: Head of Marketing
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Social Media Manager will be working to implement brand content strategies on social media platforms.

**You will be responsible for**:

- **Build social media strategy** for the brand and **lead the social media team** to execute related plans.
- **Analyze the current performance**, backed with data and meaningful insights to suggest and take actions for improvements.
- Set and own KPIs for social media channels
- Interact across other functions to **grow brand presence and engagement towards customers**; lead the brand voice on those social media touchpoints.
- **Research social media trends and update changes** that are relevant to the company's marketing activities
- Guide and manage the social media team to act with excellence and proficiency

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience in a similar role, working for the global market business is a plus (esp. US & CA)
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
- Creative, accurate, detail-oriented, and strong in technical skills such as using social media tools, dashboards, and software within the scope of work.
- Experience working in a metrics-driven culture to measure tactic and channel impacts.
- Time management, ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines.
- Research skill to deep dive into trends, channel growth
- Leadership and team management
