**PERSONAL BRANDING STRATEGY (KEY RESPONSIBILITY)**
- Collaborating with the CEO and team to define the personal brand identity, conduct the market research, and support to create the brand assets (portfolio, logo, blog, and so on)
- Conduct the marketing research (targeting audience, competitors, active platforms,) (supported by team)
- Create and manage content strategy across SNS channels (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram,) and website to promote the image of CEO and company (supported by team)
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach targeting audience.
- Social Analysis - Report Analysis: Fanpage Management Report, and FanpageTracking Report, Outreach Performance Analyst, conduct presentations for campaign performance review.
- Proactively up-to-date trend/ platforms/ rising influenced stars for planning

**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with third party (Influencer/Agency) for planning stage if any.
- Lead the marketing team (marketing assistant, executive assistant, graphic designer,)1
- **REQUIREMENT**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- USING ENGLISH FLUENTLY
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, specializing in personal branding. (4-5 years working experience)
- Strong understanding of personal branding strategies and social media platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of the technology industry and related trends is a plus
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Hard working and can-do attitude.
- Independent, determined, flexible, careful, diligent, detailed in work.
