Global Responsibility (Trách nhiệm toàn cầu)
- Train other Global Job Trainers in order to develop and share best practice globally training through the use of standardized job training processes.
- Đào tạo các chuyên viên đào tạo toàn cầu khác nhằm phát triển và chia sẻ các phương pháp tốt nhất toàn cầu thông qua việc sử dụng quy trình đào tạo tiêu chuẩn.
- Test and verify global improvements to ensure continuously improve best practice and align global standards.
- Kiểm tra và xác minh các cải tiến toàn cầu để đảm bảo cải thiện liên tục các phương pháp được tốt nhất và phù hợp các tiêu chuẩn toàn cầu.
- Participate in networking activities, within the site functional area and global functional areas.
- Tham gia vào các hoạt động mạng lưới, trong khu vực chức năng của nhà máy và các khu vực chức năng trong phạm vi toàn cầu.
- Participation on global workshops in order to keep alignment in training documentation and support training process in other sites.
- Tham gia vào các hội thảo toàn cầu nhằm duy trì sự phù hợp trong tài liệu đào tạo và hỗ trợ quy trình đào tạo tại các nhà máy khác.

Local Responsibility (Trách nhiệm địa phương)
- Prepare and train Local Job Trainers to be able to train the workforce and train and collaborate with vendors, by using the defined training methods, material and documentation, with focus on safety and quality.
- Chuẩn bị và đào tạo các Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương để họ có khả năng đào tạo lực lượng lao động và phối hợp đào tạo với các nhà cung cấp, bằng cách sử dụng các phương pháp, tài liệu đã được xác định, tập trung vào an toàn và chất lượng.
- Prepare training documentation for the Local Job Trainers before conduction the training
- Chuẩn bị tài liệu đào tạo cho Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương trước khi tiến hành công việc.
- Support Local Job Trainers in how to deliver training in practice by organizing and leading Train-the-Trainer activities in order to keep the Local Job Trainers informed about the changes/updates/training to secure alignment in local training and global standards.
- Hỗ trợ Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương về cách tổ chức và tiến trình thực tế của các hoạt động đào tạo (Train-the-Trainer), nhằm giữ cho các Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương được biết về các thay đổi/cập nhật/đào tạo để đảm bảo sự phù hợp trong đào tạo địa phương và các tiêu chuẩn toàn cầu.
- Take ownership of sustaining and developing own functional expertise (e.g. act as an operator of the line or Local Job Training for operators 4 days/month regarding Production needs)
- Chịu trách nhiệm duy trì và phát triển kỹ năng chuyên môn của bản thân (ví dụ: vai trò như Nhân viên vận hành trên dây chuyền hoặc Chuyên viên Đào tạo kỹ năng cho Nhân viên Vận hành 4 ngày/tháng khi có nhu cầu liên quan Sản xuất).

Training Documentation (Tài liệu đào tạo)
- Support in ensuring that all training material is complete and accurate; creating and revising material in cooperation with Local Job Trainers and process owners (engineering, production, etc.)
- Hỗ trợ đảm bảo tất cả các tài liệu đào tạo đầy đủ và chính xác; tạo và sửa đổi tài liệu, phối hợp với các Chuyên viên Đào tạo địa phương và nhân viên phụ trách quy trình (kỹ sư, sản xuất, v.v.).
