IT Trainer

We are looking for an
** IT Trainer**:

- Perform technology training sessions for Fresher staff as required
- Conduct training needs analysis and define the skill sets needed to accomplish different roles.
- Design training programs equip Fresher with the appropriate skills
- Conduct performance appraisal to establish the skills gap between current and desirable Learner skill levels.
- Supporting Learners technical issues when they do practice exercises.
- Checking and assessing Learner’s work and giving feedback.
- Preparing teaching materials.
- Keeping IT skills and knowledge up to date.

**Requirements/ Desired skills and experience**

**Basic Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or in a relevant field
- Proficient in working with technologies: Hibernate, JPA, Spring Framework.
- Strong knowledge of Java and front-end technologies (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JS.)
- Experience working in a cross-functional team delivering using Agile methods
- Experience in development of high-performance and reliable distributed systems
- Understanding of relational database design, knowledge of SQL
- Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code;
- Fluent in English for IT (good reading and writing).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation, with the ability to motivate others.
- Having educational qualification, a professional certification in training such as Certified Technical Trainer is an advantage
- Patience and confidence, eager to learn.
- Proficient in using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and meeting platforms: MS Team, Zoom
