- Key responsibilities:

- Be responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations, control AR, AP, GL, record daily transactions into accounting books;
- Perform full set of accounts and ensuring timely closing of accounts;
- Recording revenue and any adjustments, rebates ectrelated to revenue;
- Track and monitor accounts receivable;
- Track and monitor accounts payable;
- Prepare and complete sales tax fillings;
- Perform reconciliations;
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other adhoc report as per clients;
- Other tasks as assigned by clients/ team leads/ managers.
- Process Improvement:

- Review current processes and procedures to increase efficiency and scalability in process;
- Identify and recommend solution related to automation.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Ensure the service is delivered in timely and accurate manner while maintaining good relationship with the client;
- Sustain a consulting mindset when working with clients, enjoy solving complex problems and working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.

WORK LOCATION:9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC

WORKING HOURS: 9PM - 6AM (Mon - Fri)

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
We are looking for a General Accountant with excellent communication skills to join our accounting service team. This position must have an advanced understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices. This position should have an aptitude for numbers and be familiar with QuickBooks® Online software. They must have a desire to help clients with their accounting processes, to spark progress within the organizations we serve.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance or equivalent. Professional accounting designation such as CPA, CA, or CMA is a plus.
- A minimum of 2+ years of Accounting & Bookkeeping experience.
- Fluency in English (especially written and verbal communication)
- Familiarity with US accounting standards.

- Ability to analyze company procedures to make improvement, optimization and contributing recommendation regarding automation of the process.
