The Visa Internship Program is the biggest step you can take to joining our Revolution of Payments Innovation. Throughout the 3-6 months at Visa, you will take on meaningful work, get executive exposure, engage in out-of-the-box problem solving, and participate in social and community service activities. We are looking for Business Interns to join us in the following functions:
**Sales**

The Account Executive/Sales team serves as the connector between Visa and the clients, showcasing Visa capabilities in order to drive impact to the clients’ business. You will work closely with the senior sales leaders as well as key functions in Visa such as Merchant Solutions & Acquiring, Consumer, Business Solutions, Visa Consulting and Analytic teams to identify areas of opportunity for growing payment volume and expanding acceptance through implementing new solutions, products as well as payment services, leveraging Visa and client’s digital payment capabilities.

**Marketing**

The Marketing team is responsible for delivering strategic and tactical marketing solutions to our clients in Vietnam by actively promoting VISA’s Marketing Value Added Services and Solutions in strong collaboration with his/her manager, regional Partner Marketing Services team, the Business Development team, and Visa’s Consulting teams.

The team also drives the implementation of consumer marketing projects and co-marketing with clients as assigned to support Visa’s strategic priorities and client’s businesses.

**Consulting**

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. The incumbent will be part of VCA geographic team cluster of Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia (IPVMC) markets, and will be responsible for supporting on consulting engagements with Visa's clients in Vietnam. The team is involved in a comprehensive range of consulting services and solutions to our clients, that address unique challenges in areas such as strategic growth, profitability, risk management, digital strategy and data-driven portfolio management decisions.

**Flex Work Arrangement - Hybrid Position** - This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

We are open to applicants in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.

- Penultimate and final year undergraduate students who are available to work full-time for a 3-6 month internship between May 2023 and December 2023
- Legal authorization to work in Vietnam - Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication, Finance, Accountancy, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to develop well-structured communications and deliver presentations to audiences
- Research and analytical skills, able to collect and interpret data to solve problems and execute solutions
- Self-motivated with a keen appetite for learning
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
