**Job Description**:
The Value-Added Services (VAS), Consumer Solutions role is responsible for leading the strategy, prioritisation, development and delivery of Visa’s product roadmap for all data and risk solutions as well as digital product solutions in the Vietnam market. The role holder will collaborate with both the local and hub team to develop a go-to-market strategy as part of scaling Visa’s risk and authentication solutions and to deliver on Visa’s data and digital solutions roadmap. Our aim is to enable Visa clients and partners to grow their business and drive better customer engagement and outcomes. The role is at the vanguard of transforming Visa’s business model to capture new payment flows and increase the revenue from value-added services.

The Senior Manager of VAS, Consumer Solutions will support the Head of Products and Solutions as well as the Director for Digital Partnership and VAS, Vietnam and Laos, to drive an all in-market pre
- and post-sales support as well as optimisation for Visa’s Data and Risk product suite. Focusing on digital product solutions across 3 key focus areas - Risk & Authentication Products, Data Products and Digital Solutions, the role will be the primary point of contact by collaborating with clients internal as well as external partners in the market.

Key responsibilities include
- Managing pre
- and post-sales engagement, which will include but not limited to evaluating potential product client opportunities, creating client prioritisation pipeline and executing against sales plans.
- Lead overall Data and Digital Product management for Vietnam by working with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams (eg.Account Executives, in-market Product team, Risk team, Visa Consulting & Analytics, Merchant Sales & Acquiring, Consumer Solutions)
- Develop and prioritise enhancements for existing products, draft a go-to-market and commercialisation plan for new products, and ensure operational efficiency.

This role will have a direct reporting line to Director, Digital Partnership and Value-Added Services, Vietnam and Laos.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Unfailing passion and belief in the transformative power of data in the world
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience, including 5 years of experience in product management, project management, and/or management consulting
- Strong project management skills and business acumen - ability to influence strategy while driving tactical program execution
- Excellent contract and negotiation skills
- Understanding of Visa business and organisation strongly preferred
- An impressive record of digital products/services delivered from idea through to commercialisation
- Ability to connect the dots between product, design, technology, and strategy to solve complex problems
- High energy, motivated team player, able to effectively lead across functions and teams to drive projects and key initiatives to completion
- Knowledge of Visa Data & Risk Products preferred (including Visa Secure, Visa Consumer Authentication Service, Visa Advanced Authorisation, Visa Risk Manager, Tokenisation, Visa Analytics Platform and others) and Digital Solutions (including Visa Instalment, Loyalty and others)
- In-market experience and/or knowledge of local language and culture as well as regulation and industry trends preferred
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required, Data Science background would be a bonus
- Knowledge of competitive products such as Falcon, SaaS, or others, a plus
