Để đáp ứng nhu cầu mở rộng, chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm các Business Analyst (BA).

Tag skills: Business Analyst, BA, UI-UX
- Làm việc trực tiếp với Giám đốc phòng ban, thu thập thông tin dự án, phân tích và nắm rõ các yêu cầu.
- Làm việc trực tiếp cùng Developers và Testers để triển khai dự án thành công
- Soạn các tài liệu dự án cần thiết hỗ trợ các phòng ban
- Hỗ trợ Project Manager trong việc lên kế hoạch và triển khai dự án
- Tham gia phân tích các nghiệp vụ liên quan để lĩnh vực E-Commerce, ERP, Website, Mobile App
- Phân tích requirement, làm tài liệu, vẽ wireframe cho hệ thống website, mobile app, e-commerce
- Cập nhật thông tin, phân tích các giải pháp, research các công nghệ mới

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Lươngcạnh tranh tùy theo năng lực.

- Có thời gian tìm hiểu học hỏi các yêu cầu mới về nghiệp vụ.
- Tham gia các dự án thương mại điện tử về nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau.
- Có cơ hội tiếp xúc với các hạ tầng CNTT mới.
- Có cơ hội học hỏi thêm về Digital Marketing.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành công nghệ thông tin/ Hệ thống thông tin, hoặc các khối ngành e-commerce, tài chính (kèm theo chứng chỉ phân tích nghiệp vụ)
- Tối thiểu 6 tháng làm việc tại vị trí BA
- Kiến thức tốt về UML, kinh nghiệm sử dụng wireframe, use case tools là một điểm cộng.
- Có hiểu biết về UI/UX và hành vi người dùng là một lợi thế lớn
- Có kinh nghiệm Business Analyst dự án các sản phẩm, giải pháp CNTT mảng Website,Mobile App, Ecommerce, ERP
- Có kỹ năng phân tích hệ thống tốt
- Có khả năng tiếp cận, research và nắm bắt công nghệ nhanh chóng
- Có kỹ năng Tiếng Anh thành thạo (nghe, nói, đọc, viết, dịch thuật)
- Có kỹ năng phân tích và tư duy giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình tốt
- Có tính tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm cao với công việc
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như làm việc nhóm.
