**Job Description**:
**1. **Quản lý các hoạt động kho**:

- Chịu trách nhiệm chung về quá trình xuất nhập hàng
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình xuất nhập hàng.
- Kết hợp với bộ phận dữ liệu để đảm bảo chính xác về tồn kho
- Đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên thực hiện theo quy trình chuẩn
- Đảm bảo kho luôn được sắp xếp theo đúng như sơ đồ.
- Đảm bảo tất cả nhân viên thực hiện đúng vai trò và trách nhiệm của họ
- Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ hoạt động kho khi Quản lý vận hành vắng mặt

**2. **Quản lý các hoạt động liên quan đến an toàn, cải tiến**
- Kết hợp với bộ phận an toàn đưa ra các chương trình đảm bảo an toàn cho nhân viên trong khu vực quản lý.
- Xem xét tổng thể các hoạt động dưới kho và đưa ra các chương trình cải tiến năng suất, giảm chi phí, giảm thiểu những rủi ro.
- Đưa ra kế hoạch nhằm phát huy điểm mạnh của các thành viên trong nhóm để đào tạo nhân viên đạt được mục tiêu chung.

**3. **Thực hiên các báo cáo**:

- Thực hiện báo cáo về số liệu chính xác của việc lấy hàng và cất hàng
- Thực hiện các báo cáo an toàn

**4. An toàn và sức khỏe**
- Trách nhiệm được nêu chi tiết trong chính sách Tiêu Chuẩn Quản Lý An Toàn và Sức Khỏe của tập đoàn Toll.
- Cung cấp thông tin / hướng dẫn / đào tạo / giám sát để đảm bảo rằng các yêu cầu năng lực về an toàn và sức khỏe được đáp ứng và xem xét.
- Đảm bảo nhân viên được đào tạo và tuân thủ các chính sách làm việc, thủ tục và hệ thống an toàn của công việc.
- Đảm bảo rằng các quy trình làm việc an toàn được phát triển và thường xuyên rà soát lại để xác định các công việc có rủi ro cao.
- Hỗ trợ người lao động cải thiện hiệu suất sức khỏe và an toàn thông qua huấn luyện và kèm cặp
- Tham gia đánh giá, kiểm tra các hoạt động về an toàn và sức khỏe
- Lưu trữ hồ sơ an toàn và sức khỏe cần thiết
- Đảm bảo rằng trách nhiệm về sức khỏe và an toàn của nhân viên và nhà thầu được truyền đạt một cách hiệu quả.
- Đảm bảo rằng tất cả các nhân viên mới và nhân viên điều chuyển được hướng dẫn phù hợp và có thẩm quyền để thực hiện tất cả các nhiệm vụ được giao.
- Dừng ngay các công việc không an toàn
- Huấn luyện và cố vấn cho nhân viên về hiệu suất an toàn của họ
- Tham gia và kiến nghị với Ban Giám Đốc và nhóm tư vấn an toàn sức khỏe liên quan đến các vấn đề an toàn và sức khỏe
- Sử dụng các dịch vụ hỗ trợ an toàn sức khỏe và ý kiến chuyên môn theo yêu cầu

**Qualifications**:

- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm quản lý kho hàng
- Có các kiến thức cơ bản về yêu cầu về chất lượng dịch vụ
- Có khả năng lãnh đạo, quản lý nhân viên
- Có kỹ năng nhìn nhận và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Có kỹ năng và kiến thức Excel, Word, ERP, SAP
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm
