BGSV_**_ has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at _**_E-Town2 in HCMC_**_. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

**Job Description**:

- Provide complete IT infrastructure support
- Technical escalation support, collaboration with onsite/ offshore team and customer coordinators, Stakeholders management
- Trigger incidents, issues and assign to operation lead for complicated technical support
- Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI’s
- Maintenance support such as: Install appropriate patches or hotfix for operating system, performing testing
- On Call readiness support & following planned Maintenance Support
- Department hiring this skill: BD (ETM)

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- 2+ years experience in related fields or positions

**Qualification**:

- Experienced in Windows Server Administration
- Experienced in Incident management, Change & Problem Management
- Knowledge in scripting skills (powershell or bash) & Web Application Server
- Knowledge on service management ticketing tools (Jira, BMC Remedy, etc) & monitoring tools
- Knowledge in Docker/Container/Cloud is a big advantage
- Can followng working shifts 2 shifts: from 8:00 - 17:00 / 13:00 - 22:00, from Monday to Friday
